About Me
I have a passion for living life in the most positive way possible. In my practice, I thrive on encouraging my clients in living the best life that they can by focusing on their health and well-being, by teaching them how to harness the positivity within to aid them in healing themselves.
Clients can expect to be treated with respect, honesty, integrity, care, confidentiality and professionalism each and every single moment we interact with one another.
Credentials
Catherine has been practicing massage therapy since 2003. She is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
She has extensive experience in treating sports injuries, stress management, headaches & migraines, injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, deep tissue therapy, seated/chair massage, myofascial techniques, manual lymph drainage and hydrotherapy.
She regularly works with a diverse population in using therapeutic and general relaxation massage. Catherine has been a Certified Infant Massage instructor since 2004 and specializes in massage throughout all stages of fertility, especially in prenatal and postnatal care.
Her education extends to Thai Yoga Massage, Introduction to Doula Training and she is currently completing her diploma in Acupuncture.
Her passion for helping others, professionalism and positivity make her a great health practitioner.
About Massage Therapy
The practice of massage therapy is the assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain. (Massage Therapy Act, 1991)

About Infant Massage
Catherine has been a Certified Infant Massage instructor since 2004 and specializes in massage throughout all stages of fertility and especially in prenatal and postnatal care.
I love to teach parents about how to massage their babies and children. As an infant massage instructor, I teach them the impact of safe, positive touch and how it enables our children to grow and nurture others in the same way. Clients can expect to be treated with respect, honesty, integrity, care, confidentiality and professionalism each and every single moment we interact with one another.

Rate Schedule
Our rates are subject to provincial Harmonized Sales Tax (13%) and for your convenience we have integrated the HST into our fees.
30 minutes - $ 55.00
45 minutes - $ 70.00
60 minutes - $ 85.00
90 minutes - $ 115.00
All prices in effect as of January 2012.
We provide Mobile Massage Therapy which is subject to additional fees and time. The rates vary according to your location and distance travelled.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that we require 24 hours prior notice to any cancellation in order to avoid full cancellation charges. We respectfully ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
